Why I Started Clarity Claims Consulting

I spent years in the restoration industry, standing in homes after the fire, after the flood — on the worst day of a family's life. I learned the construction side: what a real rebuild actually costs, the materials and labor it takes, the damage that gets overlooked. And I learned the insurance side: how policies work, how claims get scoped, and where the gap opens up between what a family lost and what they're offered.

That gap is why I'm here.

Too often, the insurance company's adjuster makes the easy call. They walk a property, reach a quick conclusion, and write a number — without taking the time to understand what really happened, what the family actually had, or what it will genuinely take to put them back together. The scope reads fine on paper, but it isn't enough to finish the work. And the homeowner doesn't find that out until they're halfway through a rebuild the money won't cover.

I do it the other way. I take the time. I document what was there before the loss, I scope the damage the way it actually has to be repaired — line by line — and I make sure the settlement is enough to truly restore you. Fully indemnified. Made whole. The way your policy promised.

I'm a husband and a father, and protecting and providing for my family is the most important work I do. I bring that same instinct to everyone I represent.
