How It Works

Hiring a public adjuster shouldn’t add to the confusion — it should end it. From the first call to the final check, here’s exactly how we handle your claim, and what you can expect at every step. You won’t be left guessing, and you’ll never be doing this alone.

Your Claim, Step by Step

  1. Free Claim Review. We start with a no-cost, no-pressure conversation. You tell us what happened; we tell you, honestly, whether you even need us. If your claim is straightforward and fairly handled, we’ll say so. If it isn’t, we’ll show you what’s at stake.

  2. Policy Review. We read your policy line by line — coverages, limits, endorsements, the fine print most people never get a straight explanation of — so you know exactly what you’re entitled to before anyone talks numbers.

  3. Document the Loss. We inspect and document everything, including the damage that’s easy to miss and the costs that never show up on a quick walkthrough. Photos, measurements, moisture, structural impact, code-required upgrades — all of it, captured properly.

  4. Scope and Build the Claim. We build your claim in certified Xactimate — the same estimating standard the insurance carriers use — so every dollar is scoped the way the work actually has to be done. A claim built to their own standard is a claim they can’t easily wave off.

  5. Negotiate and Settle. We present the claim and handle the back-and-forth with your insurer, start to finish. We push for the full, fair settlement — and we keep going until it’s right. You focus on your home and your family; we carry the fight.

What It Costs You

Nothing up front, and nothing at all unless we recover for you. We work on contingency — our fee is a percentage of your settlement, agreed in writing before we begin, and your first claim review is always free. No recovery, no fee. We only win when you do.

The Best Time to Call

The earlier, the better — bringing us in right after a loss means we’re documenting your claim properly from day one, before the insurer’s adjuster sets the tone. But it’s never too late. If you’ve already been handed a lowball offer or a denial, we can step in mid-claim and work to reopen it. If the number feels wrong, it usually is.
